The project

Challenge & solution

A quick look at what we walked into and how we approached it.

The challenge

The brief we set ourselves: an aging storefront with slow mobile loads, a checkout spread over several pages, and no way for the marketing team to test changes without engineering help.

Our solution

We designed the concept on a headless commerce architecture with an optimized image pipeline, a single-step checkout, and a visual editor for merchandising and experiments.
